Nelson Mandela’s Limited Edition “Long Walk to Freedom” 1996

This wonderful limited edition illustrated book written by one of the 20th Century’s World Heroes is Madiba’s chronicle of his own extraordinary life.

This mint and unread first edition is number 13 of only 425 ever produced. Included is an authentically signed and dated portrait photograph of “Madiba” signed by the great man himself. This book is in flawless condition and unread,  quarter bound in Wassa Goatskin from South Africa and contained in the Publishers clamshell case lined in silk,  Purchased by me at a “MAKE A WISH CHARITY AUCTION” held at the Dorchester Hotel. It is a remarkable piece of history.
